Feel like they blew off my concerns, were not completely forthcoming with information and blew off my needs. They even disclosed information that I did not know was going to be disclosed to people who had no business knowing it. Overall very unhappy and wish I had gone with a different firm.
I was very clear and open about what I wanted out of my case, and yes I understood that it’s black and white and no wiggle room. Chapter 13 is up to 2 trustees and according to Dale, he knew what she was like and would except so after almost 300 messages back and forth I thought we had an understanding and the next message I received I was informed that my case was dismissed and wished good luck.
