Makes you wait a long time and is not giving of his time. Dismissive. No empathy and not a good listener. Had me fill out a form before coming in with info about why I was coming in. It was clear that no one read what I wrote on that form. Didn't take my pain issues seriously and doesn't seem to know or care what makes my arthritis pain worse. Didn't know my history of injections and didn't bother to go over my history before speaking. Never going back to him.
Wonderful experience with Dr Townsend and staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and thorough. The surgery center on Old Churchman's Road is so nice and clean.

I just didn't like this Dr. He saw me for not more than 10 minutes and sent me for further tests and wanted me to schedule another appointment after the test with another Dr. I made the appointment but cancelled it after I saw the other Dr. because this second one said I was fine. Then the bills!!! $428.31 for this Dr who basically didn't do anything and $478.10 for the other who did the test.... a rip-off I say.... Luis Huezo, PhD (my name).
