This so called ,,builder" stole from people over $2M !! And then went bankrupt....never ever trade with this thief !
Ruined a friends home and life. Has actually put me off doing any building or renovation of my own. Seemed so nice but you can’t trust. This guy should be in prison for the amount of upset and expense he’s cost home owners .
I had the same experience as many others in regards to this Builder. I found Mr. Edmonds mis representing the truth in regards to many issues, an example was in regards to the building progress. Not providing building insurance as required by law within the appropriate time frame, engage in building contracts where his licence had expired, charging GST when not registered for GST just to name a few. AVOID THIS BUILBER ... he trades under various trading names, remember the name Mr. PETER EDMONDS.
It has taken nearly 2 years to finally achieve a ruling for the incomplete and subpar work that was done by Edmonds that now requires complete demolition and rebuild. He does not abide by terms and conditions of his building license and is disorganised, ineffective, wasteful and a absolutely poor communicator, who lies often and cuts corners, and will charge for things like insurance that he does not get.
