I was Dr Ross’s patient for a little over ten years. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me and my family with my MS diagnosis (diagnosed at 16). He was always very honest with me and always advocated for me and pushed for the best treatment plan for me. I have moved since then but will go back as a patient if I lived closer.
I went to see Doctor Fallon with hope to find out the reason behind my knee pain, which has lingered for almost a year following my surgery. My overall impression of him was that he seemed rather rude and devoid of empathy, condescending and unkind. He spent approximately ten minutes reiterating his points and displaying my X-ray. Dr Sedgwick was amazing at my appointment yesterday. I felt heard and understood. I finally had a doctor say hey “have you ever been diagnosed with xyz?” Then proceeded to do the diagnostic tests and give me the diagnosis. I didn’t have to come to him with my suspicions. He came to me, ready with answers. As someone who is chronically ill, this has been refreshing. Typically I have to go in to a dr and tell them the symptoms I have, and ask if I could have specific diagnosis. Thank you for making me feel heard.
Every time we go are told it's just a virus, it will pass, give it time. Never treats anything- stay away!!
Took the time to answer questions. Listened to all my concerns. I know a sincere and caring person when I meet one and this doctor is the “real thing”.
I have had Dr. Hilary as my provider for over 10 years. I've had some health scares during that time and she's been with me every step of the way. She's no nonsense, she doesn't over treat but she listened to my concerns and made all the right referrals to get to the bottom of the health issue I was having.
Dr. Sedgwick listens to the issues, and takes his time to discuss the injury. He also explains possible complications and honors your own apprehensions. He is encouraging and positive with regards to getting back on your feet.
I would not recommend Dr. Fallon to anyone. He does not explain anything and is always in a rush. He speaks down to his patients and has a phony personality. He is patronizing and uncaring. Definitely looking for another doctor.
I have had numerous visits over the years - at one time his clinical knowledge and observational skills caught slow internal bleeding which was immediately treated with two units of blood at the nearby emergency room. His personable and professional listening skills are outstanding and impart a sense of caring for one's individuality.
