I'd like to send a big shout out to the guys and girls at Bairnsdale ISUZU for going above and beyond to help us on a very special day after our car's DPF had issues. Neither of the 2 dealers local to us could help for "a month", and the Bairnsdale group (over 2 hours away from us) told me if I could limp the car to them, they would fix it straight away. After rats attacked the wiring of our ISUZU we had to have our 4WD towed to Peter Dullard for repairs. Service Dept very helpful. & efficient. Repairs completed in 24hrs & very reasonable cost. Special thanks to Jack in Service Dept. great to know great service is still alive. Back to our happy camping.
Purchased a new isuzu mux from scott at peter dullard and l couldnt fault the process from start to finish . It was a very easy and stress free experience . He was willing to open the dealership out of business hours for me to collect the car as l traveled a long way to pick up the car . He followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure we were happy with the car and if there was anything we needed to know about it . Great service from start to finish .
Visiting area and called in today just for wiper blades for MUX - very impressed with friendly efficient help we received for such a simple purchase. Thank you parts department 👏 we will recommend.
