Absolutely terrible experience. I was seen at the ER for chest pains and told to call this office to make an appointment and that doing so needed to be done quickly to ensure my safety. The ER doctor I worked with spoke to the doctor in this office and I was told with no uncertainties this is who I follow up with. I called at 8 am asking a few questions in a voicemail, never received a call back. Dr Dourdoufis is a great listener, approachable, and a very professional Cardiologist. I value his opinion and Cardiac care.
Dr. D. Is an exceptional practitioner and he has been my cardiologist for about 10 years now he’s intelligent. He’s got a good sense of humor and he’s a straight shooter. You definitely in good hands if you like to go with Dr. D.
Don't call this office if you have no primary doctor or no medical records. I have no records or primary doctor at the moment. I have a PPO so I don't not need a referral but the secretary was rude and unsympathetic to my situation. Instead of trying to resolve the problem she hung up on me. So if you don't want rude unsympathetic office staff just hanging up on you because you can't provide what they want, I suggest calling somewhere else.
