Just left 619 west 54th street.. waited in the waiting room for 5 hours never made it to the back.. so sad.. Overbooking at it’s worst.. not to mention ppl haven’t eaten in almost 48 hours.. no consideration.. I see why there are so many bad reviews.. I was really in a very good mood.. now 5 hours later I’m angry and annoyed.. The Worst!!!!
