I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cousins. I saw him for about a year and I found him to be very knowledgable and insightful. Dr. Cousins helped me with anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. He had a way of explaining things to me in a way I could understand. Dr. Cousins is very good therapist! – I had depression problem and visited a few psychologists but it didn’t work for me. I was lucky finally to find right therapist .Dr. Cousins is very professional and understanding. He really listened to what I had to say and I felt very comfortable during my visits. Good therapist!! – Dr. Cousins was very helpful for me. He does more than just listen but gave me concrete skills to help me with my problem. I had been to other therapists and found that they did little more than listen but Dr. Cousins really has a lot of useful advice! He is not afraid to confront me when I am not working hard either.
