Apartment 7 at 7 Otsego Street needs to go. The fact that they haven't been evicted yet is laughable. Actually a safety hazard for everyone and anyone who lives around the area.
Only rental company that I know of that is completely aware of a drug dealing problem, and refuses to do anything about it. What a joke
Yeah, just don't with these people. The apartment I've been staying at has drug dealers that the entire complex has complained about, and we have homeless people sleeping in our building due to it. What is their solution? Oh just put locks on the outside door like the problem tenant isn't going to unlock the doors for them, instead of just evicting the problem.
