My wife and I were needing an inspection on our home's foundation for a refinance, not only did Peter explain everything plainly he went above and beyond by answering questions for us after the inspection was already finished. Friendly and down to Earth service that made the stress of refinancing a little easier. Will recommend to anyone in a similar situation!
Peter is unable to meet timelines in completing construction plans. Original contact date with Peter via email was 3/30/20. We met at project site on 4/22/20 to review the project and paid Peter his inspection fee. Peter agreed to the project and stated he will need 1 to 1 1/2 months to complete the plans. We were in a bind because we needed an engineering revision and the engineer we were using was nowhere to be found. Peter managed to fit us right in and resolved our issue in a way that satisfied inspection so that they could get back to pouring the foundation right away. Lifesaver! Tim and Tami Fifield
