Unfortunately this doctor does not care about his patients or their well being. I would avoid this office at all costs. Dr. Chan is very arrogant and misdiagnosed me leading to a whole year of pain and discomfort. Upon brining him the medical records proving him wrong, him seeing he misdiagnosed me, and that I had to get treatment else where he still refused to take accountability in it. He is horrible has no regard for the pain his patient is going through and is rude unpleasant unprofessional and above all has no empathy i was referred to him through workerscomp but sometimes i ask myself how did he even get his license to practice i am disgusted everyone at physical therapy who has him as a doctor say the same thing i just said her assistant Stephany is way more welcoming and respectful compared to him

Dr Chan did my father's bicep surgery last year and he did a fantastic job, he is back in full working order but the real reason I wanted to leave this review is to highlight Estefania's excellent care. I called her today, nearly a year out from my father's procedure to ask for medical records and invoices of all visits my father had with this practice and she immediately knew exactly who to direct me to and was just incredibly helpful, way more than a lot of other medical staff that I speak to on a daily basis.
