Beware of this doctor. Rude, arrogant, no compassion. Hence his rating is low. If there is 0 stars alot of his patients would probably rate him that way. I learned my lesson the hard way.
Professional, to the point fair, excellent staff. Five stars
Unfortunately this doctor does not care about his patients or their well being. I would avoid this office at all costs. Dr. Chan is very arrogant and misdiagnosed me leading to a whole year of pain and discomfort. Upon brining him the medical records proving him wrong, him seeing he misdiagnosed me, and that I had to get treatment else where he still refused to take accountability in it. He is horrible has no regard for the pain his patient is going through and is rude unpleasant unprofessional and above all has no empathy i was referred to him through workerscomp but sometimes i ask myself how did he even get his license to practice i am disgusted everyone at physical therapy who has him as a doctor say the same thing i just said her assistant Stephany is way more welcoming and respectful compared to him
Great hand specialist went to see him resolved my problem.
