Everyone was just great, from making the appointment to leaving the office.
Dr. Casano is the best! He did a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery on my nose last Thursday, 11/13/2025. He told he my deviated septum was the worst that he has ever seen, to the point that he had to reconstruct my nose. That being said, recovery has been rough, but he has been amazing. He is very communicative, as are his staff. Any time I had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. He is very personable, goes above and beyond, and I've just been overall impressed. Very thorough and easy to talk with.
He was so kind and patient with my daughter who has ASD . Would recommend him 1,000%. His nurse was very helpful and sweet!
