Yesterday he kept me waiting 50 minutes past my appointment without even seeing him. He only came into the room after I complained. He refused to treat me, refused to order labs, and refused to do anything more than spend 30 seconds listening to my lungs when my complaint had little to nothing to do with that area. I had a very good experience with Dr. Ransmeier. Condescending, dismissive, and no display of empathy whatsoever. Became irritated when I asked him to explain further a possible medication side-effect he casually mentioned. I hope to never see this man again.
Was talked down to, doesn't understand that they can make suggestions but not requirements. Got angry and upset that I did not want to follow their "requirement".
Dr. Ransmeier was cordial, thorough, and informative. He ordered tests and was prompt with the results and readily prescribed the best medicine to treat my illness.
