Staff was great, very helpful, but the provider rushed us out and didn't seem interested in my questions. He was about 45 minutes late and saw us for 5 minutes, Literally. Was polite, but didn't want to stay with us.
It is VERY refreshing to find yet another Doctor with a Strong "ABILITY TO THINK" and act 'in MY BEST INTEREST'. I am grateful Doctor BYEFF is part of HARTFORD HEALTHCARE and count on his expertise going forward! Big thanks to him and his GREAT STAFF as well. The doctor takes time to get to know you. He explains everything and answers all your questions. Very little wait time and his staff is fantastic.
I was told I would be given a mri but I am sure this is a lie. No one will ever call me with an appointment. The only thing that is important is money not anyone’s life.
Dr. Byeff has poor beside manners and has demonstrated both times that I have met with him. He doesn't care about me as a patient. He has spent no more than 2 minutes with me and refuses to answer any blood related questions that I have. I suffered a medical emergency, which required 6 days of hospitalization. My blood test #s were all over the place.
