Dr Brandon is as kind and empathetic a person as you could hope for in a doctor. He spent time with me to listen to my issues, answered all my questions and even called me to follow up on a question I had about my prescription. I haven't had a doctor call me in decades, it's always front desk, nurse, or a portal message, but he actually cared enough to pick up the phone! I've been around long enough and seen enough medical professionals to know that his level of care is uncommon. I hope he'll stick around for a long time!
Never saw the doctor because of front staff cancelling on me at first appt and then changing the time on second appt even with having it in writing and voicemail robot reminders of the time I had to back me up.
Dr. Brandon is by far the best gynecologist I have ever had. He is very warm and always makes me feel comfortable. Today he replaced my IUD and it prompted me to write this review, which was probably overdue on my part. My original IUD placement was something of a nightmare. The place that did it gave me a pill to put under my tongue to soften the cervix, and nothing else for pain, anxiety, etc. The procedure was incredibly painful and resulted in vagal stimulation that caused me to turn sheet white, feel faint, and vomit in... read more
