I would give zero if possible, put me through test to refuse to treat me because I'm a smoker which he knew that from the start.All he kept telling me is was not the other doctor's fault, needless to say my neck surgery didn't not take and kept telling the doctor there was something going on which was being ignored from day one after the surgery.
