I went there for my regular service in accordance with the family plan that came with my vehicle when I purchased it. Brand new. They are very accommodating as making a date to conduct the routine maintenance for your car and the people are very polite. I will say that there has been an enormous turnover of people in the service department since I have been going to the establishment. Buyer beware. Sticker price is NOT sticker price. Drove 2+ hours to purchase a specific car. Had cash, was SHOCKED when they told us it would be $8000 more than sticker price. $8,000 more than the KBB!!! Manager “knocked off” around $4,000 but was still going to charge us the extra $4,000 (+-) , it was non-negotiable. Nope! The car, despite a clean CarFax, had obvious signs of a wreck…ex: bumper was loose and the aftermarket welds were rusted. They wasted my time. The dealer showed up an hour late to the appointment I made three days in advance and didn’t even have the cars ready, despite telling me over the phone he would be prepared to show the vehicle. I waited another hour until the sales manager finally explained that the vehicle was still in delivery status. This was neither professional nor considerate.
