Purchased new vehicle. Caleb was very helpful, polite and friendly. Great customer service.
First time here. Pulled up and waited a few mins, someone came up and greeted me, I gave hom my information and my appointment time. He said give me a min, a couple of minutes go by, he said again, give me a minute, then walks away. No I'll be right back. Someone else comes up a few minutes later. I gave him all my information again, he said hold on, I will find out what is going on. Another person comes up a couple of minutes later, and it's the service advisor. Not a great start. I will be back to try again

The car and the service is absolutely amazing. The car has heated seats, a heated steering wheel, the ability to call and talk to a friend by just calling Siri when driving without moving my hands from the steering wheel, and the list goes on. My product specialist, Mr. Drakeford Jr. took the time to explain the car’s many features as well as called me periodically to see if everything was fine with the car. I would greatly recommend this dealership and car to someone looking for a new car.
