I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and they handled everything in a short amount of time. I was in and out within hours. Thanks to Mr Drakeford @Toyota who assisted me in my seamless transaction. This is the second business vehicle I have purchased from them in the last five years!
I have never had a bad experience with this dealer/service department. I have owned my Venza 11 years and recently needed a small dent that had rusted repaired. The service department referred me to Gardner Paint and Body, which quickly fixed the dent and sent me on my way. Thanks, Boulware!!!!
I’m shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews. They have always had top notch customer service. Every single point of contact, every single employee is kind. And really early in the morning at that. Being on stage like that on a Saturday that early is not for the week. A week ago I traded my 2019 vehicle for a 2025 RAV4 at Peter Boulware Toyota. Dimitri Williams, product specialist, displayed a great deal of patience, respect and is very charismatic. Purchasing a new vehicle has its challenges and can be extremely stressful, he made this process go very smooth. Thank you Dimitri.
We had a misunderstanding at a different dealership and these guys service dept got everything fixed and helped us out even though is was a different dealerships fault. Thank y'all for being so helpful and understanding.
