I had my truck serviced yesterday 07/17/26 at 7am when I dropped the truck off, Norm took down the mileage and asked if I wanted conventional oil I told him no that I had always used synthetic, he proceeds to tell me that they have conventional oil change on the paperwork. I have never had a bad experience with this dealer/service department. I have owned my Venza 11 years and recently needed a small dent that had rusted repaired. The service department referred me to Gardner Paint and Body, which quickly fixed the dent and sent me on my way. Thanks, Boulware!!!!
