He listens. He explains. He engages me in the thoughtful decisions made. On a personal level, he is friendly, pleasant and kind. This can also be said about every member of his staff.
I've only had him for a few months but he has been top notch in helping me. I've only met in person once but I sure have had multiple tests done and still getting tests to ensure I'm okay.
