Holly Hardin went above and beyond for me. We started talking about my Mortgage needs in October, but because my divorce was not yet final, I didn't know what my exact needs where. She stuck with me through the months, advising me on how I could try to assume my existing mortgage so I could keep my low interest rate. She really wanted what was best for me! Once my loan assumption fell apart, she was able to find me a new Mortgage at a price I could afford and closed within 3 weeks.
I really enjoyed working with the Barnes Team, their software is easy to use, and they helped us understand all the processes of getting a loan.
Peter and his team are professional, patient, and super friendly. Would highly recommend them to navigate this complicated process!
