Explained the surgery well that I need for my heel and Achilles tendon along with drawing a picture of the procedure.
The check in process with reception is absolutely terrible. I stood in line for 45 minutes inside the door while the receptionists all complained loudly that their computers kept crashing. Each link they sent me for their app directed me to nowhere to sign up. Horrific process, it’s been this way since they opened. Figure it out already!
