Can’t say better things about Peter. Kind, honest, a true professional. Great for European vehicles like VW/Volkswagens. Very very fair prices for parts and labor on complex jobs. He replaced the front strut assemblies on my 2016 Jetta and even recommended I contact VW for a rust warranty which will become free body panel replacement. Turned the car around in less than 2 days, very easy to deal with.
I was charged $40 for a tire patch, which I felt was excessive compared to typical pricing in the area. What concerned me even more was the way I was treated when I questioned the cost. In my experience, a tire patch usually costs between $20 and $30. I also observed what appeared to be disrespectful and unprofessional behavior toward employees. Customer service and workplace professionalism are important to me, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
