I was charged $40 for a tire patch, which I felt was excessive compared to typical pricing in the area. What concerned me even more was the way I was treated when I questioned the cost. In my experience, a tire patch usually costs between $20 and $30. I also observed what appeared to be disrespectful and unprofessional behavior toward employees. Customer service and workplace professionalism are important to me, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
We were stuck in Montreal and they helped us out. Excellent service and friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone.
Peter fixed a lot of electronic issues that a lot of mechanics could do. I appreciate what he did for him and I'll be sure to visit him for any other issues in the near future.
