I had hernia surgery and my husband had 3 hernia surgeries. Dr. Peter is a very caring and mild mannered person. Always listens to what you have to say. Very caring.

Dr. Peter saved my life. I was incorrectly triaged by ER nurse at West Shore Hospital. In excruciating, unremitting abdominal pain and hypothermic, I was sent to the waiting room where I laid on the cold tile floor for over 2 hours (as my small intestine was dying, inch by inch). Dr. Peter removed almost 6 ft. of dead small intestine which left just enough healthy tissue for my digestion to work correctly.
