Long time customer of Peter Alexander, Attempted to purchase some gifts from the Sydney T3 airport store on 2nd April and four staff member behind the counter only one serving the others talking amongst themselves, eventually the young lady who served me had no idea about what I was looking for and just shut down the entire sale by saying ' no we don't have it'. I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Peter Alexander! The store was beautifully presented, and the quality of the products was amazing as always. I especially want to mention Sni, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, making my shopping experience so enjoyable and easy.
