Legit was losing the will to live in the line yesterday waiting. It was so frustrating because there was only 2 ppl working the counter but literally 6 other staff walking around. And then the people at the counter just had to sign everyone up to be a member instead of just giving out receipts. It took 30 mins to buy something. It really shouldnt take that long

Went in today and was greeted by a lovely staff member Maegan she was very helpful and understanding, better customer service than last time, very happy with my purchase
I went in this afternoon around 4pm, and never have I experienced such horrible customer service. There was no customer service whatsoever even though i spent awhile looking around, and one staff member even stood directly in front of the items i was trying to look at and wouldn’t move. All 3 staff members were chatting loudly across the store, and it was not a good environment. On other occasions I’ve shopped her the environment and customer service has been better but still not as good as the minimum across other stores.
