Went in today and was greeted by a lovely staff member Maegan she was very helpful and understanding, better customer service than last time, very happy with my purchase
I went in this afternoon around 4pm, and never have I experienced such horrible customer service. There was no customer service whatsoever even though i spent awhile looking around, and one staff member even stood directly in front of the items i was trying to look at and wouldn’t move. All 3 staff members were chatting loudly across the store, and it was not a good environment. On other occasions I’ve shopped her the environment and customer service has been better but still not as good as the minimum across other stores.

A while ago I went in the day before Mother’s Day very late. While the line appeared long I was assured it moved quick. I was served by Rhea who was such a delight, she was joking with me like I’d known her for years even involving her manager who joined in the fun. I left with a smile on my face and my mother loved the gift too. I will be back next year and hope to be served by Rhea again
I arrived 5 minutes before closing at Peter Alexander Penrith, looking for a last-minute gift, and the staff were still welcoming and assisted me. Despite my indecisiveness about the gift, they remained incredibly patient and kind, dropping everything to help me find the perfect gift. They were all amazing!!
