customer service is so bad ordered a product in store was told 3 days I rang them got told they couldn't help or get me a tracking number. This store has become so bad they never have the stock that is online. I rang the head office and the lady couldn't do enough to help me so thank you

Quality items at special prices. Staff is also helpful esp Allira - a pro on their products and very patient esp during the Christmas season.
Legit was losing the will to live in the line yesterday waiting. It was so frustrating because there was only 2 ppl working the counter but literally 6 other staff walking around. And then the people at the counter just had to sign everyone up to be a member instead of just giving out receipts. It took 30 mins to buy something. It really shouldnt take that long
