I just wanted to drop a quick message to rave about one of your amazing staff members, Shay (not 100% sure on the spelling!). I came into the store yesterday (July 2nd) around 7:30–8pm and she served me. Honestly, she was absolutely brilliant! She went totally above and beyond, and her personality and customer service were just unmatched. She had the best energy and was so lovely to deal with. I would so love for her to get some recognition for how amazing she is—she’s a total gem! 💖
