Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item online and was sent the wrong product. I went into the store with my receipt and proof of the online error, expecting a straightforward exchange for what I actually paid for. Instead, I was refused the correct item and told they couldn’t fix their own mistake because it would “mess up their balancing” at the end of the day - simply because the item they sent was cheaper than what I ordered. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my mother and I had while shopping at your Joondalup store yesterday. Unfortunately, the staff member who served us, Karina, was extremely unhelpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. I had simply asked about sizing for children’s sleepwear, as we were purchasing a few items — including pyjamas and a dressing gown — as a gift. The people working throughout the store were lovely, but unfortunately the lady at the checkout was extremely rude, barely greeted me and acted as if i was an inconvenience despite me buying something :(
