I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my mother and I had while shopping at your Joondalup store yesterday. Unfortunately, the staff member who served us, Karina, was extremely unhelpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. I had simply asked about sizing for children’s sleepwear, as we were purchasing a few items — including pyjamas and a dressing gown — as a gift. The people working throughout the store were lovely, but unfortunately the lady at the checkout was extremely rude, barely greeted me and acted as if i was an inconvenience despite me buying something :(
Whilst shopping at your Joondalup store this morning my sister and I were served by Karina. Karina’s customer service was appalling, her attitude towards us from the get go was cold, blunt and we did not feel welcome in store. My sister who has been in hospital for several weeks was feeling well enough to enjoy some retail therapy, she wanted to treat herself to some new Winnie the Pooh pjs, she picked up a nighty and a pj short and top set taking advantage of your “buy 2 get 20% off” sale.
