Lovely store but, on 09/07/26 which was a Thursday late night you had 3 staff members working in which none of your staff greeted me as I walked in your store . I mean they looked at me but never bothered to say a simple hello, which is a bit upsetting . Two of your staff members , were so carried away having a conversation at the tills, it’s just not acceptable.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item online and was sent the wrong product. I went into the store with my receipt and proof of the online error, expecting a straightforward exchange for what I actually paid for. Instead, I was refused the correct item and told they couldn’t fix their own mistake because it would “mess up their balancing” at the end of the day - simply because the item they sent was cheaper than what I ordered. Went into store on 5/12 and the service I got from Maria was amazing! She was so friendly and professional! Super bubbly and great customer attention 🩵 keep up the good work Maria!!

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my mother and I had while shopping at your Joondalup store yesterday. Unfortunately, the staff member who served us, Karina, was extremely unhelpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. I had simply asked about sizing for children’s sleepwear, as we were purchasing a few items — including pyjamas and a dressing gown — as a gift.
