I recently had a disappointing customer service experience at the Peter Alexander store in the Hobart CBD. I returned to the store less than a month after purchasing a birthday gift, as I had unfortunately bought the wrong sizes. As soon as the staff member noticed I was holding a bag, the interaction felt uncomfortable. I wasn’t greeted with warmth, but instead with what felt like immediate judgement.
