Wanted to buy 8 sets of matching PJs, impossible to do in a store that doesn't have the size ranges advertised; I also found it even harder when not even 1 of the 5 staff would help me. Bitterly disappointed.
This used to be one of my favorite stores for pajamas, which makes today’s experience even more disappointing. The store itself is great and most of the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I got a pair of slippers from PA and the dog icon is embroidered on the inner, so you walk on this raised embroidery. It's so uncomfortable, that I can't wear them and planning to chuck them. Whose genius idea was it to put this where you walk in it?

Terrible service! The sales staff member Tamika was incredibly rude and tried to make me feel awful for doing an online order! I work 7 days a week and don’t have time to “come in and support the local store” which I actually did mind you, spending an additional $100 ontop of my online order where I just needed to exchange a size! Appalling service, makes me not want to come in even for an exchange! You’ve lost a customer Tamika, well done!
