The store was chaotic. Stock was falling off hangers, racks and modules were in disarray, and many pyjama sets had mismatched top and bottom sizes. The store was running a “20% off Sale” promotion, yet the environment made it very difficult to shop. There were four staff members present, but very little organisation. Several customers were left to fend for themselves while three staff stood behind the counter and only one processed transactions. First experience in any Peter Alexander store. The staff on today were lovely and helpful, and the store was nice and clean
I was served by the lovely Kam yesterday who made buying PJ's way more fun than it should be. She was extremely helpful and was just a delight to be served by. Lovely store and lovely staff.
