I was served by the lovely Kam yesterday who made buying PJ's way more fun than it should be. She was extremely helpful and was just a delight to be served by. Lovely store and lovely staff.
What can I say about this store Well Will Seema and the whole team have just got this store down packed. It’s always clean, organised and the atmosphere makes me want to have tea and scones and not leave. Will I commend you and you staff on a job well done and keep those friendly smiles going because that’s what makes a thriving business. To upper manage take note of this store and how it is run and displayed. Great job guys and thankyou for always helping me when there are too many things I want to buy🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have a GC to spend and I spent 10 minutes in the shop browsing and was not acknowledged once. The 3 staff were too busy discussing when they got their drivers license and driving a car with a camera vs no camera. Walked out and went to DFO then Broadway stores and had an amazing service from those 2 stores! Won’t go back to Burwood store.
