The Burwood store is full of Rude and unprofessional staff. My wife and I went in and weren’t greeted, as well as the girls staying behind the counter chewing gum and on their phones. And clearly were overheard talking bad about other customers in store. They only cared about each others weekends and who was going to eat first for lunch. The store was chaotic. Stock was falling off hangers, racks and modules were in disarray, and many pyjama sets had mismatched top and bottom sizes. The store was running a “20% off Sale” promotion, yet the environment made it very difficult to shop. There were four staff members present, but very little organisation. Several customers were left to fend for themselves while three staff stood behind the counter and only one processed transactions.
