I called the store to check if they had the size I wanted, and they told me they had three in stock. So I drove over, but when I got there, the shelves only had the bigger sizes. Eliza, the staff member who helped me, was awesome. She went out of her way to look around the store for the size I needed because she didn’t want my trip to be a waste. Really appreciated how much effort she put in.
At a very busy & exhausting time of year in retail. Taking the millionth call about Christmas window display items is likely the last thing staff want to navigate. But Chase from the Ringwood store was really patient, helpful & polite. Myself & my sister Katherine are looking forward to having matching blue poodles at Christmas next year & hopefully a reindeer in the future 🥰

We were served by Mikayla at Peter Alexander’s Eastland store, she was lovely and attentive and very helpful, she even got us a bigger box to fit all our purchases in, “lots of room for activity” in her words. All in all a great shopping experience. Thank you Mikayla <3
Good-sized store, stocks most products. Staff very helpful and friendly. I like the relaxed vibe in this store and I can browse without getting hassled. Even if the staff comment on a product that I'm looking at or even just to say "hello, how are you?", it's so much better than being asked blandly; "Can I help you?" by 4 or 5 staff. This store is the one I prefer over others in the area.
