Worst service I have ever received, no Hello or anything, Girls in the store more focused on talking and putting out stock. I was waiting to be served as the two of the three staff, where just standing around talking,

A very helpful team at Peter Alexander Eastland, especially this one lady with the pink hair, I’ve forgotten her name. I’ve been married to my wife for over 30 years and I was just trying to pick out an anniversary gift for her, and I received exceptional help from that staff member in particular. Very kind and helpful, Thank you again.

Great staff. Very helpful to a bloke trying to get a birthday present for his wife. The staff were very knowledgeable and pointed me where I needed to go to find the right gift that suited my wife's specific sleeping needs

I called the store to check if they had the size I wanted, and they told me they had three in stock. So I drove over, but when I got there, the shelves only had the bigger sizes. Eliza, the staff member who helped me, was awesome. She went out of her way to look around the store for the size I needed because she didn’t want my trip to be a waste. Really appreciated how much effort she put in.
