why are ALL the staff working this afternoon so rude?? (4:30pm 26/05)
All staff at this store are so helpful! Special shout out to Tamika for all she does including putting up with my phone calls to put items aside for me to collect on my way home from work. Many of these items have to be found in the stock room.
Worst customer service I’ve had, was ignored by staff at counter while there was only 1 person in the store and three staff members !
Just went into the store haven’t been there for a long time. Wasn’t sure about my sizes as the body has changed recently going through. Cancer is really stressed out and the lovely Millie came and helped me. She was one of the people there that was actually focused on customers and couldn’t be happier so of course with someone looking after you like that you’re going to buy lovely young girl. Millie’s got the retail experience you want down Pat thank God I like to get my shopping high.
