Terrible experience selling my house. The person with whom I dealt had very poor people skills in my opinion - needs to understand the concept of a two-way conversation. The selling process was very stressful, and not helped by staff at the agency. Did also did not do a great job of vetting the purchaser. I would not use this agency again to sell a property. Also did not like staff who seem to have poor numerical ability trying to push mortgage advice at me.
Highly recommended! Lydia and her team at Peter Alan in Caerphilly were brilliant in selling our house. Excellent local knowledge, friendly, professional and effective - finding the right buyer and seeing everything through to completion. Good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them
