I was referred to Dr. Cole by my local orthopedic surgeon for a femur fracture that would not heal after two previous surgeries. My local surgeon had previously worked with Dr. Cole so I trusted my local surgeon's referral. I saw Dr. Cole 4 times over the two week period it took to reconstruct my femur which was just above my knee. Those visits were sweet and to the point, and he was off. Tried setting up appointment with Colleen! We set it all up no problem! Then she called back saying I needed another cat scan ! Ugh ok! I told her I'm at work right now and can't talk! She kept going and going i had to hang up because I'm at work, she called back to back to back! My boss thought I was fighting with my girlfriend and sent me home because of Colleen calling so many times. My boss apologized to me, yet I still lost 7.3hrs of pay!
