I had a Shock Wave Lithotripsy with Dr Caputo and it was a very frustrating experience. They had me come in 2 hours early for the procedure and then made me wait another 3 and a half hours after that to actually go to surgery. He didn't meet my mom at all who was there to drive me home. Even when I got up to the surgery floor I waited another almost 30 minutes just to be taken in. No apology or anything. So for a 30 minute procedure I was there for over 7 hours.
