I have been a patient of Dr. Ransdell's practice since approximately 2010. Dr. Ransdell and the entire team have consistently provided exceptional care, and my replacement eyewear has always been prepared within a few days. The efficiency of their delivery process is remarkably impressive. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and amiable demeanor of the entire staff.
Disappointing service. Come to find out they only fit new eyewear M-W only. Been nice to know before purchasing from them.
I'm not satisfied with the glasses I received. They are bifocals and I can't see through the middle part of the glasses as it's blurry. Petelin does not give refunds.
