Good Delivery load fast
I would highly suggest that you shop directly from the manufacturer of these products being sold because PetEdge takes no accountability over sending faulty products to their customers. They honestly don't even care if you received something that was broken and just send you a link to the manufacturer's website to get things handled without any other context. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing anything through this website again. I'll gladly spend a little bit more to get the proper support.

Worst Company, makes promises to deliver goods… Never on time, parts come from China waiting two months on sink drain. Says shipping delays but they could care less to keep you informed. Had to reach out to their corporate office. No help there all they could do is not provide customer service and get us the part. We were told all they could do is track the container it was shipped in. Once delivered we will no longer ever use Pet Edge again , what once was is no more. Terrible service, big company only out for profit.
Petedge uses Amazon as a distributor and I am still waiting on an item ordered last month. The original delivery date was set for September 12. Amazon messed up and did not get the item to XPO, third party delivery, until the 13th. I spoke with multiple supervisors, since I work for a living, to have the item delivered after 3pm on the 15th.
