My wife and I have used Pete Tummillo & Sons for multiple home renovation projects so when we were ready to embark on another project, we reached out to Pete. Pete and his son Tony, oversaw our renovation from start to finish, provided professional contractors to perform the work, and gave us insight when we had questions. You can feel confident that you will receive quality oversight and workmanship from Pete and Tony. Once again, we were not disappointed! Thank you Pete and Tony!

I am happy to write this review of Pete Tummillo and Sons. I am extremely impressed by Pete’s professionalism , integrity, and expertise in all facets of construction. Pete and his crew are reliable and take pride in the work they do. Communications with Pete was excellent throughout the entire project as all my questions were answered promptly and respectfully. I can’t say enough positive things about Pete Tumillo and his skills as a general contractor and as a person. Pete rebuilt my home following a fire. He began demolition of all but the frame on Labor Day and we moved in on December 15. The workmanship is superb. Pete is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. If one hires Pete Tumillo, you are in very good hands.

The project my partner and I were embarking on was incredibly daunting, and Pete made it feel not only doable, but a bit joyful as well. Our 1704/1920’s Chester county stone house was catastrophically flooded in Ida. After the gut, we were left with a stone and dirt pit as our first floor. We had no plumbing, electric, or HVAC; we had no kitchen, no laundry, we barely had walls. I have purchased three homes in my lifetime that were either built from scratch or extensively remodeled, and the one Pete built is by far and away the best constructed of the three (and it's not even close). His craftsmanship and attention to detail, are second to none. Most importantly, there were no surprises during our project. He established a plan based on our input and budget and guided us through the entire process. As such, we are currently in the process of having a second Pete Tummillo home built.......
