I went to get my car from service. A worker went to my car for something and came back and I said could I have my key. Everytime I go there they sit the bill and key on the counter and I hand them my credit card. This employee looked at me real hard and then said you don't get your key until you pay. It was very disrespectful how he said it but the manager defendewd him when I called back. I called 3 times and was hung up on.
