Horrible for first time homebuyers in the area. Didn't do his job and called at late hours after business hours. Nothing was simple. Was completely strung along after being pre-approved. Will never use Pete or cmg again nor will I ever recommend.
Pete made the home buying process so easy and stress free. He was definitely there for us throughout the process and will be there when we look at any of our future mortgage needs. Pete was great to work with during the loan process, and continues to be great every time I have some random financial question or get the idea to sell my house. He's always helpful and if he doesn't have the answer, he'll find it. I've referred many friends and family to him and he never disappoints!
