For clarification…I cut (D Slater) aka Derrick Schlitter hair only 1 time. He made a second appointment but cancelled via telephone 3 hours before his appointment spot on a full day. He then asked if I would get him in later in the evening after closing time. A one-time customer, a late cancellation then boldly asking for me to stay open to give him a haircut…all point towards a bad customer that I don’t want.
