Sold us a truck with illegal tint. Then after giving them an opportunity to make it right, they said it's sold as-is. I guess have knowledge of traffic law before you go buy from them.
Disappointing service at Pete Moore Chevrolet. Despite paying for a full service, they consistently fail to perfrom basic checks like inflating tires or resetting the oil life monitor, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care . I expect better service for my vehicle from a dealership . This happend last two oil changes .
Can't thank my service advisor Rhett, and technician Jordan, enough! My 2017 Yukon all of a sudden started having transmission problems in the middle of the week. Friday morning when I went to take my son to school it wouldn't move at all, so I had to get it towed to Pete Moore Chevrolet. I arrived and made an appointment for service. Explained I’m having a common issue with my transmission. I provided the Service Bulletin number, Work Order number and part numbers required to perform the task. I was then told I would be charged a diagnosis fee. For what? I told you the work I wanted performed and even provided a work order number. What exactly is being diagnosed? Don’t believe me or the trouble codes I provided? Okay fine.. My partners car was sent in for a recall. We dropped the car off for service and they us 4 hrs. Full day goes by, no call. Kept the car overnight without even reaching out. 4 hrs turned into 2 weeks with us having to harass Samantha to get an answer. We understand that it was a recall, but there could have been better communication. I called a week into them having the car and Samantha claimed that they were waiting on approval from VW.
