After 30 years with Pete, we have been unable to contact their office for over a month and because of their negligence our policy was cancelled and we are having trouble getting it reinstated. Apparently this office is now officially closed. Very disappointing after so many years of loyalty and good service that things weren’t handled differently. We are sorry for the family’s loss.

My family has been doing business with Pete's office for over 20 years; unfortunately after my most recent interaction, will be changing agents (if not insurance companies as a whole). While everyone in the office has always been very polite and personable, getting my wife's vehicle insured has been a frustrating multi-month process, including a period of several weeks where we thought she was insured but the policy hadn't been activated yet (thankfully we were lucky and didn't need to use our coverage).
