If you are needing your house leveled absolutely call Cody Smith with Smiths Foundation. He and his worker came out to our house and had it leveled in no time! He was very knowledgeable and showed my husband and I his water leveling technique. Our front door sticks bad during the summer and we just thought it was “swelling” from the summer heat and humidity. Nope, Cody fixed it! He also did the leveling for a great price. You would be hard pressed to find a better house leveling company. They did a great job for me on our camp house. The leveling turned out perfect! Cody is a heck of a nice guy as well as professional!

Mr.Smith did a great job coming out to relevel my double wide home, him and his associate came out with all the tools and materials needed. Carried himself in a professional manner, and did a great job at finding some issues I was having with my foundation that might have otherwise been overlooked or ignored by some other shady contractor.
