I've been with State Farm for 30 years. They are great until you make a claim. I've been waiting 10 months now for payment for fire damage to my home in Fairfax. State Farm is a nightmare to deal with. State Farm offers 100% satisfaction if use their preferred collision repair contractor. When you are not satisfied they just stop returning your calls to complete repairs.
