Terrible service department. Took car in for squeaking noise and was charged $390 for front brakes and rotors. Although it was too expensive I just wanted the squeaking to stop. Well it didn't, the exact noise remained unchanged. Had to take more time off work to take it back which they still couldn't figure it out. I take my car to dealership on time for regular servicing so they can alert me to problems before they happen. I use OnStar diagnostics for the same reason. I had to replace both rotors on the rear brakes because they apparently didn't check properly last visit. I love my GMC and I'm at end of my lease, but this $700 screwup will mean I will not be getting a new GMC. My concerns about this was not addressed, total unconcerned even after brought to the attention of Service Manager and Sales.

Worst experience ever. I saw the used vehicle I wanted online and walked in expecting to purchase it. They gave me a hard time about it and then charged me way over the price that they had it listed for. My vehicle went into the service dept. shortly after the purchase for a problem shifting. They gave me nothing but problems from the start and didn't want to own up to the warranty on the SUV.
