PetDerm is truly a wonderful Vet Clinic. My dog is currently going through some serious medical issues and it required a referral to an InterMed Team. My vet referred me to 4 different places and PetDerm reached out to me within 2 days to book a consult! They always show my dog so much love and they are always very gentle. On May 28, 2026, we met with Dr. Valentine regarding our cat's allergies and lack of progress with immunotherapy. During the appointment, we also pointed out a lump. Dr. Valentine recommended a topical treatment and advised us to follow up in one month if it persisted. Instead, the lump rapidly enlarged and began to ooze. If I could provide less than one star, I surely would as my personal experience with Dr. Valentine at Pet Derm served to be a real nightmare for our dog and for the family. In my opinion it's a cash cow and in my opinion she's sloppy at her work. She doesn't take direction or instruction well at all despite repeated requests to limit the treatment to the area of concern on the family dog. The first time we had her in there, she nearly died from too much anesthetic, and the treatment had to be cut short. I would never dream o... read more
