In on time and we got the service we needed for our dog. Job well done.
1st visit Appt was for 4:45 made them aware I was running late. Young lady via texts responds ok at first 3 mins later says they close at 5… mean while i am unable to understand why they would schedule an appt at 4;45 knowing they close at 5. She responds my appt was at 4:45 not 5 I respectfully ask for her name and ofc then ghost! No response! The lack of unprofessionalism we see now a days is beyond me. Ridiculous is all I can say if you close at 5 dont make appts 15 before closing and hire people that know how to follow t... read more
Good. Cat products are limited.
Very friendly and patient staff (veterinarian, vet tech, and support staff). They were so good with our two large dogs even though one of our dogs was freaking out and a lot to handle. The check in and check out/payment process was very efficient and organized. Great experience overall!
