Grooming department is very unprofessional. They cancelled my dogs services TWICE the day of the appointment. There policy for cancelling is 48 hours notice. It would be nice if they would extend the courtesy to there customers. I firmly believe they cancelled my services due to my dog being large and needing his prescription shampoo to be used but I do pay extra for that and I book WEEKS in advance. I was also a Petco vital care premier member (which I made them cancel because I will not be paying the monthly fee for someth... read more

Staff always friendly and helpful. I always get the best customer service here!
Healthy pup brought for shots. Disorganized - no real office but staff are professional and patient. Each visitor was in an asile and dogs brought to training area for care. Got home - dog is now itchy, I'm itchy. Glad we bought the flea treatment. Little bugs now crawling on my dog. He wasn't itchy before. Not sure how they would have avoided flea spread since so many dogs in one area. Not sure we will come back. Vet brought over our pay slip and asked if our dog had been seen yet then said she really didn't see every dog. ... read more
Worst customer service! I came into the store and opted out for a receipt thinking I wouldn’t need to return the item came literally 30 minutes back because I had gotten the wrong size same cashier helped me out rembered who I was and I told her I haven’t refused to exchange my item other stores would at least give you store credit… never again coming back
