Appointment time was 10:10am and 10:20am (two dogs). Arrived at 10am. Didn't get seen for the 10:10am appt until 10:25am. Then, instead of taking our second dog immediately after as we had the first TWO appointment times of the day, they took a cat appointment, which further delayed us.
