Had a bit of a wait considering my appointment time but those things happen. Still got the job as needed done. Staff was friendly and very good with my dog.
Appointment time was 10:10am and 10:20am (two dogs). Arrived at 10am. Didn't get seen for the 10:10am appt until 10:25am. Then, instead of taking our second dog immediately after as we had the first TWO appointment times of the day, they took a cat appointment, which further delayed us. Second dog - scheduled for 10:20am, wasn't seen until 10:48am. RIDICULOUS. By that time, the 10:20, 10:30, and 10:40 appointments had arrived and there was a line of dogs and owners forming.
